Here is an article (click title) that discusses job qualification tests. I have ran into quite a bit myself. I recall one job asking me to describe a picture of a drawing (and this was for a customer service position). I do believe in skills tests, but not all of this unnecessary stuff that we have to go through. I understand that jobs are scarce and there is a lot of competition; however, what alternatives can employers use?
