Peppermint Oil Bath

Peppermint oil makes a very refreshing bath.  Add 15-20 drops of peppermint oil into your bathwater and soak for 45 minutes.  Take in the cooling sensation of the oil and inhale the pleasant aroma.  I notice that this causes me to be more alert even to the point where I feel rejuvenated. This even clears chest congestion.
