Prophetic Declarations: Where is the manifestation?

      Prophetic Declaration:  Verbally declaring a Word given to you by God.

     Let's say at the start of last year you declared with all faith "2018 is my year to be debt free", however by Dec 31 your declaration haven't manifested.  What went wrong?  Your faith was there, God's Word was there, but no manifestation.

Lack of Understanding as to How God's Word Work 

     Unfortunately for many of us our idea of the "Supernatural" may come from television and media.  As children we may have grown up watching cartoons with genies, spells, etc. and believe that that is how God's word Work.  Just like you rub on the genie lamp and a magical genie appear wanting to grant your wishes, we may think God is the same way.  However, the Word of God does not operate that we have to seek Him for instructions.

   I fell victim to the "genie in a bottle" way of thinking concerning Prophetic declarations.  I thought I spoke and things just would happen without any effort.  Some things may happen that way, but other situations may require more instructions from God.  

  Let's say you want to become debt free so you speak "2019 is my year to be debt free".  Instead of waiting for the money to just somehow "appear" God may allow you to see a commercial for a workshop that teaches you how to become debt free.  God may send someone with financial wisdom to show you how to budget your money to enable you to pay off debt sooner, etc.  

  In closing just remember to continue to seek God after you make prophetic declarations to make sure you are moving in the right direction that will bring about the manifestation.
